Heels and Burlesque
Prioritizing community over the glitz and glamor,
I have been teaching dance for over 10 years and now I’ve stepped into my mama bear role.
I am able to support dancers in navigating the complex dance world, whether through exploring dance careers or through basic mind body connection.
A dancers relationship to dance, and the surrounding dancers is of paramount importance for a healthy dance life. From early on I developed strategies for remaining safe and confident balancing life and dance. In my circles we love to center the joy of dance, and authentic self expression through movement.
I’ve taught all age groups and many dance styles, showing people new ways to move, and be supportive sources of light in their communities.
Join Heels and Burlesque Bonanza for updated information on classes, shows, events, and dancing opportunities, as well as sharing your dance journey with likeminded dancers, levels beginner to advanced.
